Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered product experiences for Notebooks.
- Develop systems that combine deterministic product capabilities with LLM-powered experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Build experiences that integrate Datadog capabilities with third-party AI platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
- Own and operate reliable backend services critical to customer deployments.
Requirements
- Experience with Go, Python, or similar systems programming languages.
- 6+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience delivering production AI-powered products using LLM technologies.
- Strong product mindset connecting technical decisions to customer outcomes.
- Experience building reliable systems managing model non-determinism.
