Base Salary
$143k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and refine effective software development practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on observability.
- Coach and empower junior engineers to take ownership of larger projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish product vision and scope.
- Plan and forecast quarterly goals, balancing tech debt, bug fixes, and new features.
- Champion the software development lifecycle from requirements to production support.
- Engage in full-stack development to advance Cribl Cloud.
- Participate in on-call duties and embrace service ownership.
Requirements
- Must comply with U.S. government security requirements for FedRAMP systems.
- Proficient in writing full stack code using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience in large-scale distributed systems and SaaS platforms.
- Skilled in developing resilient backend services on cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Familiar with RESTful API development and secure web practices.
- Knowledgeable in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Ability to implement Authentication & Authorization for users.
