Responsibilities
- Participate in refinement sessions by contributing to solution design, acceptance criteria, development notes, and testing focus areas.
- Help align the team on story scoring by explaining technical effort and guiding consensus.
- Identify blockers and dependencies during planning and maintain clarity around sprint goals and commitments.
- Provide transparent daily standup updates and proactively respond to team blockers.
- Contribute learnings, celebrate successes, and suggest actionable improvements during retrospectives.
- Deliver high-quality code using .NET, C#, React, SQL Server, and Azure services.
- Support testers during sprint and release testing and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Own and execute deployments to higher environments while ensuring stability and accountability.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of strong experience with C#, .NET, including ASP.NET, MVC, and Core, and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with Azure services including App Services, Service Bus, Functions, Cosmos DB, and Storage Accounts.
- Proficiency with Git, unit testing frameworks, JSON, and XML.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively.
