Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements reviews and ensure requirements are complete, understandable, and testable with business departments, development, and project teams.
- Analyze end-to-end health insurance business processes and design targeted test cases using a risk-oriented testing approach.
- Use business test ideas and acceptance criteria as reliable foundations across all test levels.
- Perform exploratory testing and produce high-quality, dependable test results.
- Collaborate proactively in interdisciplinary teams and contribute to stable software solutions for customers.
- Support continuous quality improvement and responsible use of AI-assisted solutions for testing and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the insurance industry and strong knowledge of health insurance processes and business transactions.
- Practical experience in test automation is advantageous, especially knowledge of Tricentis Tosca.
- Structured, careful, analytical, proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative working style.
- Strong interest in new technologies and innovative working methods, including responsible use of artificial intelligence in daily work.
- Fluent German required; English knowledge is advantageous.
- High quality standards and the ability to translate complex business requirements into reliable software quality through structured testing.
