Responsibilities
- Build and ship agent orchestration workflows across paid media, lifecycle messaging, organic content, conversion optimization, incentives, referrals, and other growth use cases.
- Integrate AI reasoning systems with growth execution platforms, data infrastructure, experimentation systems, and analytics tools.
- Develop reusable agent infrastructure components, workflow patterns, prompt libraries, and integration clients.
- Build monitoring and audit logging so agent actions are traceable, versioned, and queryable.
- Create creative and content generation pipelines spanning briefing, variant generation, and distribution.
- Own workflow delivery from specification to production, integration reliability, error handling, maintenance, and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building automation workflows, integrations, or agentic systems using AI orchestration platforms, workflow automation tools, or equivalent technologies.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, REST, webhooks, authentication patterns, and large-scale error handling.
- Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool use, and agent chaining.
- Ability to work independently from detailed workflow specifications and deliver accurately.
- Understanding of growth or marketing objectives and how technical systems support them.
- Preferred experience with paid media platforms, marketing automation, CRM, lifecycle messaging systems, data warehouse query patterns, event tracking infrastructure, or multi-agent architectures.
- Experience in a high-growth fintech, consumer technology, or multi-product technology environment is preferred.
