Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern web applications for healthcare customers.
- Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered features into business applications.
- Build AI agents, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions.
- Work with modern LLM platforms and AI development tools.
- Build and operate cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams.
- Drive engineering excellence and AI adoption within development teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of commercial full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong frontend expertise with React or Angular.
- Strong backend expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Python, or C#.
- At least 1 year of hands-on commercial experience developing and integrating AI-powered software features.
- Practical experience building AI agents, intelligent workflows, or automation solutions.
- Practical experience with modern LLM ecosystems and AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI or similar.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated practical use of AI tools in software engineering.
- Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical background.
- Strong English communication skills.
