Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design end-to-end AI-enabled solutions across frontend, backend, integrations, data, security, and operations.
- Develop and maintain React or Angular user interfaces with strong state management and testing practices.
- Build backend services, APIs, and integrations using Node.js, Python, Java, Spring Boot, or similar technologies.
- Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities through model APIs, SDKs, embeddings, vector search, RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
- Design secure data ingestion, storage, retrieval, and transformation processes.
- Implement unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, and AI-specific quality evaluations.
- Ensure security, privacy, observability, monitoring, and operational resilience of AI-powered applications.
- Contribute to deployment automation, containerization, CI/CD, and production support.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements.
- Participate in architecture reviews, mentoring, documentation, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience, including senior-level full-stack development.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Experience building APIs, event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations.
- Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI workflow orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, data pipelines, caching, and search technologies.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms, automated testing, monitoring, and observability.
- Understanding of security, privacy, responsible AI, and production support practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional English proficiency.
- Experience taking AI-enabled solutions from design through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.
