Responsibilities
- Analyze problems and data to identify pragmatic solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions for real-world problems.
- Create, design, develop, test, monitor, and reliably operate code in production.
- Work with the Engineering Manager to design solutions and remain accountable for execution.
- Understand the business and user needs to provide relevant solutions.
- Facilitate information flow among relevant stakeholders.
- Evaluate new technologies and architectures for potential application at Swile.
- Provide constructive feedback during code reviews.
- Mentor teammates and promote technical growth within the team.
Requirements
- Significant software engineering experience.
- Ability to value and deliver code simplicity, quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Ability to design pragmatic, simple architectures that solve problems at scale.
- Willingness to work in a fast-growing startup environment and contribute to continuous individual and collective improvement.
