Base Salary
$94k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development of complex middleware applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Architect and optimize database interactions with Oracle, SQL, and MongoDB.
- Drive CI/CD pipelines with AI-integrated testing, vulnerability scanning, and predictive failure analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver software.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote AI-driven development practices.
- Research and implement AI technologies to improve productivity and software quality.
- Conduct code reviews using AI-powered bug detection and security analysis tools.
- Troubleshoot complex issues using anomaly detection and log analysis.
- Apply AI to risk analytics and compliance monitoring.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in application development with modern software engineering practices.
- Strong Java expertise, preferably with Java 11 or Java 17, including multithreading, collections, garbage collection, and JVM internals.
- Extensive experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices, and working with SOAP/REST web services, XML, and JSON.
- Experience with MongoDB data modeling, querying, and performance tuning, plus Oracle and SQL database knowledge.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Maven, Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and integration testing.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot, Claude, Devin, Codex, Anti Gravity, AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Proven track record of managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques adaptable to AI-accelerated lifecycles.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Angular experience and AI certification are preferred.
Benefits
- Full-time position.
- Primary location salary range is $94,300.00–$141,500.00 per year.
