Responsibilities
- Design solutions based on client requirements.
- Own the successful implementation of solution components and deliver code on time and to expected quality standards.
- Mentor and develop less experienced team members.
- Lead and organize teams of various sizes.
- Work with clients and remain flexible across different technologies and platforms.
- Travel for short- or long-term assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Extensive web development experience.
- Experience with Java and J2EE, including servlet containers and web application servers.
- Strong knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot.
- Experience with web services and technologies including REST, JSON, XML, and HTTP.
- Experience with an RDBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of software patterns, software design, development methodologies, version control, build tools, CI/CD tools, unit testing, Unix/Linux, and ORM frameworks.
- Client-facing skills, analytical and detail-oriented thinking, adaptability, confidence, proactivity, self-motivation, and a team-first approach.
