Responsibilities

Research, design, and implement C# application software, measurement IP, and system components for RFIC test systems.
Own systems and features from definition through release, including reusable designs for future systems and opportunities.
Collaborate with global R&D teams, business managers, system architects, application engineers, and customers on dependencies, releases, and critical issues.
Provide technical leadership, drive technical decisions, lead initiatives, and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
Participate in code reviews and recommend architecture, process, quality, and development-efficiency improvements.
Lead customer partner concerns and critical issues through effective resolution.

B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
At least 10 years of experience developing application software, systems, or ATE for test and measurement, preferably RF.
Hands-on design, development, and debugging skills in C#.
Familiarity with post-silicon validation and production testing using NI RF instruments, drivers, and NI STS.
Experience validating and characterizing RFIC devices or components such as RFFE, power amplifiers, transceivers, filters, and switches is preferred.
Experience with oscilloscopes, RF instruments, VST, VNA, RFSA, RFSG, protocol analyzers, and function generators is preferred.
Experience with NI hardware, RF drivers, STS, LabVIEW, TestStand, RFmx, and RFIC test software is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, presentation, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
