Responsibilities
- Re-engineer processes before automating them by mapping workflows and eliminating unnecessary steps.
- Build end-to-end automation connecting business inputs to outputs through an AI processing layer.
- Design and build AI agent systems, including multi-agent pipelines.
- Establish human-in-the-loop governance and guardrails for AI operations.
- Monitor AI operations for drift and manage model versions.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI and other LLM services into production.
- Build RAG pipelines for real-world queries.
- Develop and run REST APIs and Azure services, integrating enterprise systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2–4 years of software engineering experience building production systems.
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- Proficiency in Python, C#, or Java; experience building REST APIs.
- Experience developing cloud-based applications, preferably in Azure.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions from design to support.
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt design and output validation.
- Experience building AI-powered workflows.
