Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deliver full-stack applications for Macro trading workflows.
- Lead development of trade capture workflows and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with traders to translate workflow conversations into software designs.
- Drive end-to-end delivery across frontend, backend, and data layers.
- Embed controls and observability into trade flows with Operations and Compliance.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate implementation and validate outputs.
- Define validation strategies for AI-assisted changes.
- Contribute to system integration and processing improvements.
- Participate in production support and incident resolution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of backend development experience in C# and/or Java.
- 3+ years of frontend development experience with React or similar frameworks.
- 5+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
- 3+ years of experience in a financial markets or trading technology environment.
- Proven experience using AI tools in the software delivery lifecycle.
- Experience supporting production systems during U.S. trading hours.
- Strong communication skills to work with traders and compliance teams.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to work onsite in Stamford, CT or NYC.
