Responsibilities
- Design and architect large language models that process and generate natural language.
- Lead the development, deployment, optimization, and integration of language-model architectures.
- Design and tune neural-network architectures using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex model behaviors and performance issues.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions spanning multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and mentor team members through knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and tuning neural-network architectures for natural-language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of model-training techniques using large-scale unlabeled datasets.
- Ability to optimize model parameters for improved accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language-model frameworks and tools.
