Responsibilities
- Act as a technical advisor to 3 primary enterprise accounts.
- Lead enablement and adoption sessions tailored to customer needs.
- Analyze customers’ IT Operations environments for recommendations.
- Deliver technical business reviews and account maturity assessments.
- Escalate product issues and advocate for customer needs.
- Create executive-level summaries that connect platform usage to business outcomes.
- Participate in internal TAM strategy sessions and share best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with at least two public cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure or application monitoring.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work with minimal guidance on customer enablement.
- Willingness to travel up to 25–30% of the time.
