Base Salary
$168k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the CI/CD pipeline platform and maintain shared libraries and standards.
- Define and implement deployment strategies to minimize risk.
- Manage end-to-end release management for infrastructure and product services.
- Ensure risk assessments are included in every release cycle.
- Establish GitOps practices using version control.
- Develop and maintain IaC modules following architectural patterns.
- Build self-service developer portals and internal platforms.
- Track DORA metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Design workflows using AWS Agent Core to automate DevOps tasks.
- Instrument deployments with observability and participate in incident response.
Requirements
- 5 years of hands-on expertise in Pipeline Orchestration tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- 5 years of practical experience in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- 4 years of experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like OpenTofu and Ansible.
- 4 years of background in containerization and Kubernetes operations.
- Technical proficiency in integrating pipeline security scanning tools.
- Established background in implementing AI Ops and Agentic Frameworks.
