Base Salary
$204k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with enterprise customers during and after deployment, writing production-grade code.
- Own the full technical scoping process, gathering requirements and designing integration architecture.
- Build and maintain reusable connectors, automation scripts, and tooling for future deployments.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues under time pressure.
- Act as the technical voice of the customer, surfacing integration gaps to product teams.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to scope new deals and expand existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve integrations and product offerings.
Requirements
- Strong generalist engineer comfortable writing backend code and working across APIs.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles, owning outcomes rather than just handing off specs.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns like SSO, REST APIs, and document management systems.
- Ability to move fast without cutting corners, knowing when to build robust solutions.
- Clear communicator capable of technical and strategic conversations with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by early-stage problems.
