Base Salary
$110k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, write, test, review, maintain, deploy, and support VueJS frontend and Django-Python backend software.
- Integrate with and maintain existing applications in VueJS and Django-Python.
- Improve test coverage and maintain high test-coverage across applications.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces.
- Work with application developers, devops engineers, QA, and data scientists to enhance the internal web and data platform.
- Integrate data pipelines and models into products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in application development and deployment.
- Proven expertise with VueJS and Django-Python.
- Experience with relational databases; PostgreSQL experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with caching frameworks like Redis is a plus.
- Knowledge of AWS and REST APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional experience in the finance industry is a plus.
- Background in information extraction and retrieval from financial documents is a plus.
