Base Salary
$110k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, write, test, review, maintain, deploy, and support Vue.js frontend and Django-Python backend software.
- Integrate with and maintain existing Vue.js and Django-Python applications.
- Improve and maintain high test coverage across applications.
- Perform code reviews and promote adherence to engineering best practices.
- Translate Figma-based UI/UX designs into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
- Collaborate with application developers, DevOps engineers, QA, data scientists, and UI/UX designers.
- Integrate data pipelines and models into products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 2–3 years of application development and deployment experience.
- Proven expertise with Vue.js and Django-Python.
- Experience with relational databases; PostgreSQL experience is a plus.
- Experience with caching frameworks such as Redis is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps and agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of AWS and REST APIs.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and continuous-learning skills.
- Professional finance-industry experience is a plus.
- Experience handling information extraction and retrieval tasks from financial-industry documents is a plus.
