Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve core inference services across networking, speech processing, audio transcoding, latency, and memory optimization.
- Develop processes to measure, build, and optimize services for maximum system performance.
- Debug complex issues involving networking, scheduling, and high-performance computing interactions.
- Rapidly customize backend services to support customer needs.
- Partner with Product to design and implement new services, features, and products end to end.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of industry experience.
- Programming experience in Rust or C/C++, with competence in Python.
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- High-level experience and understanding of version control, preferably Git.
- Comprehensive experience with UNIX-style systems.
- Preferred: experience with modern machine learning, including frameworks such as Torch or architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, and transformers.
- Preferred: experience with audio processing.
