Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve Deepgram’s core inference services in networking and speech processing.
- Develop processes for measuring and optimizing system performance.
- Debug complex system issues related to networking and high performance computing.
- Rapidly customize backend services to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with Product teams to design and implement new services and features.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an industry role.
- Programming experience in Rust (or C, C++), with competence in Python.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of experience with version control, preferably git.
- Comprehensive experience with UNIX-style systems.
