Responsibilities
- Champion and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD.
- Oversee or participate in the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery.
- Advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software.
- Design solutions and choose technologies that solve clients’ problems.
- Collaborate with teammates to build features and ensure best practices.
- Continue to code alongside Developers and not be post-technical.
- Utilize and champion DevSecOps tools and practices.
- Encourage feedback and foster an inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- Well-versed in two or more programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript.
- Experience leading software development teams using Agile, Lean, or Continuous methodologies.
- Knowledge of delivery approaches like TDD and continuous integration.
- Bonus points for knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS or Docker.
- Enjoys continuous learning and improving in various technical areas.
- Ability to influence others and advocate for technical excellence.
- Experience bridging product and technology to translate business needs.
- Resilient in ambiguous situations and able to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
