Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy GenAI integrations and ML-powered functionality.
- Implement LLM orchestration and guardrails for reliable AI.
- Build scalable, secure cloud-native services for AI capabilities.
- Develop AI agents and champion agentic development practices.
- Design data and retrieval infrastructure for GenAI features.
- Lead technical design and uphold engineering standards.
- Mentor team members on AI/ML engineering best practices.
- Apply pragmatic judgment in AI value assessment.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software engineering with hands-on ML/AI experience.
- Production experience on AWS or Azure, including cloud-native applications.
- Demonstrated experience with GenAI capabilities and ML features.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI and multi-agent frameworks.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with SQL/No-SQL and API design.
- Experience with modern tech stacks like .NET Core, Python, TypeScript, or Java.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tooling.
- Solid grounding in engineering principles and DevSecOps practices.
- Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
