Base Salary
$175k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance back-end systems, APIs, and databases.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps teams.
- Architect scalable, secure, and efficient server-side solutions.
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in back-end development.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in back-end development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Hands-on development experience in Node, Express, TypeScript, and related frameworks.
- Strong experience with SQL and some exposure to NoSQL.
- Experience with Microservices and Event-based architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools.
- Experience in using Caching and Messaging Queues like Kafka.
- Experience using Postman and Git / Bitbucket.
