Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Forward Deployed Engineering team during a phase of rapid growth.
- Build robust, scalable backend systems that support machine learning operations.
- Oversee and optimize cloud infrastructure for efficient ML model deployment.
- Independently explore and address complex problem spaces.
- Collaborate closely with ML engineers and data scientists for seamless operations.
- Engage directly with clients to support use case discovery and AI deployment.
- Participate in research and development of new AI tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on ML engineering.
- Extensive experience in full-stack development, particularly in backend environments.
- Prior experience in client engagement for use case discovery and product development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and expertise in LLMs and AI Agents.
- Experience designing and deploying scalable ML systems.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and container management tools.
- Ability to write well-structured code and automated tests.
- Comfortable with SQL and NoSQL persistence models.
- Experience with MLOps frameworks and DevOps principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
