Responsibilities
- Design and scale Microsoft Entra ID Governance, including Access Reviews and governance processes.
- Automate the lifecycle of Service Principals, certificates, secrets, and federated credentials using Azure Key Vault and secure identity practices.
- Develop self-service capabilities for Service Principals, Entra Groups, and delegated administration.
- Review and optimize Azure RBAC, Entra RBAC, application permissions, Microsoft Graph permissions, and OAuth consent models.
- Build identity monitoring and detection capabilities with Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Kusto Query Language.
- Support automated Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes with HRIS as the single source of truth.
- Design identity architectures and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Help establish identity blueprints, agent identities, governance, and security initiatives across Azure, data, ERP, and AI platforms.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and automating cloud identity solutions with Microsoft Entra, Administrative Units, Microsoft Entra ID Governance, Microsoft Graph Permissions, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
- Experience engineering secure, scalable identity platforms and designing Zero Trust and Least Privilege architectures.
- Ability to work with automation, APIs, governance, secure-by-design practices, and enterprise security requirements.
- Experience with identity monitoring, permission misuse detection, and continuous improvement of cloud identity environments.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, present technical concepts, and share knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex is considered a plus.
- Experience with Entra Agent ID, Identity Blueprints, and Microsoft 365 Agents or Copilot is considered a plus.
