Responsibilities
- Design and implement product features from internal and external customer requirements and clinical feedback.
- Develop new software and maintain existing code and designs using .NET technologies.
- Apply standard technologies to software design, implementation, and testing.
- Investigate and resolve complex runtime software issues and troubleshoot complex problems.
- Understand user and technical requirements and provide input, solutions, and recommendations.
- Participate in design and code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Coordinate assignments with team members and communicate progress or difficulties.
- Manage personal project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Comply with U.S. FDA medical-device requirements, ISO 13485, and other applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven corporate or technical lead training experience.
- Experience with object-oriented design and implementation using .NET technologies.
- Thorough understanding of MVC and MVVM architecture patterns and Repository and Singleton design patterns.
- Experience with responsive web design, entity relationship modeling, relational database principles, and Agile/SCRUM work practices.
- Proficiency with .NET, C#, LINQ, Web API, SOAP Services, AJAX, HTML5, CSS, XML/JSON, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap or Tailwind, MS-SQL, PL-SQL, Entity Framework, Visual Studio .NET 2022+, SQL Server Management Studio, Oracle SQL Developer, Azure DevOps, Git, and TFS.
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools, with willingness to learn new corporate teaching techniques.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; e-learning software experience is an asset.
- Strong communication, presentation, public speaking, organizational, time-management, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
- A BS degree or higher in a scientific, engineering, or clinical field is listed but is not required.
- Desired experience with .NET WebForms, .NET 8+, .NET Core, prompt engineering, Blazor, Razor, Microsoft Azure, Foundry, TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, .NET Core testing tools, Postman, LoadRunner, Fiddler, dotTrace Profiler, and Telerik ASP.NET Ajax Toolkit.
- A certified training certificate is a plus.
