Responsibilities
- Translate customer workflows and ambiguous business needs into software requirements, architecture, and acceptance criteria.
- Use AI for research, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and optimization while validating its output.
- Develop full-stack applications using React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and MongoDB.
- Build and operate cloud applications using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, CloudFront, ALB, Route 53, ACM, and related services.
- Build multi-tenant business workflows and integrate services including Twilio, WhatsApp Business Platform, Amazon Connect, and Google Analytics.
- Diagnose production issues across the technology stack and improve engineering, development, and deployment workflows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience or equivalent demonstrated capability.
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, databases, REST APIs, and full-stack application development.
- Experience with MongoDB or another modern database, Git, production application development and debugging, and cloud-based application architecture.
- Ability to use AI effectively in software development and to solve problems across the full technology stack.
- Preferred experience includes AWS, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, MongoDB Atlas, Playwright, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Twilio, WhatsApp Business Platform, Amazon Connect, AWS End User Messaging, SES, DNS automation, multi-tenant SaaS, Mobile WebViews, Cursor, and AI coding agents.
