Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and design, develop, test, and maintain PEGA software applications.
- Analyze system flows, data usage, work processes, and problem areas to create software solutions.
- Write, modify, debug, and optimize code while ensuring software is error-free and meets quality standards.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, including test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend system improvements or modifications.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with functional teams, engineering staff, project managers, stakeholders, and customers.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and incorporate customer feedback.
- Participate in training and continuing education to learn new programming languages and maintain current practices.
Requirements
- Mandatory PEGA skills and 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, modifying, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software designs, system issues, and software-hardware interfaces.
- Ability to create and execute software validation test cases and troubleshoot defects.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and project status information.
- Strong customer coordination and communication skills for requirements capture, issue resolution, and delivery support.
- Willingness to complete relevant certifications and participate in continuing education and training.
