Responsibilities
- Write and review portions of specifications for simple software system components.
- Implement software development processes and coding best practices under senior engineer guidance.
- Participate in code reviews and work across various development environments.
- Complete simple bug fixes and apply test-driven development knowledge.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze software development requirements.
- Resolve basic technical issues and stay current with technology developments.
- Apply knowledge of software development methodologies, data manipulation languages, data modeling, and development languages.
Requirements
- Graduate between February 2026 and February 2027.
- Have completed or be completing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be proficient in Java/J2EE, Python, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, Linux, and .NET.
- Be familiar with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Have knowledge of data manipulation languages, data modeling principles, and test-driven development.
- Demonstrate the ability and desire to learn new processes and technologies.
