Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead development of complex Conversational AI and CX applications, including multi-agent systems and MCP server integrations.
- Architect and code conversational workflows connecting Google Conversational AI products with customer APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines, observability frameworks, and debugging capabilities for agentic workloads.
- Connect agents to enterprise knowledge bases and optimize RAG chunking to reduce hallucinations.
- Deliver Conversational AI pilots and customer-facing implementations while troubleshooting live, high-traffic systems.
- Identify recurring field patterns and technical friction points and convert them into reusable modules or product feedback.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams to establish development best practices and support long-term adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as GCP.
- Experience deploying resources with Terraform or similar infrastructure automation tools.
- Experience building full-stack applications that interact with enterprise IT infrastructures and supporting external customer projects.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience implementing multi-agent systems using frameworks such as ReAct and self-reflection.
- Experience debugging agent logic, optimizing tool selection, tracing conversation IDs across microservices, and resolving production failures.
- Experience integrating agents with enterprise knowledge bases and optimizing RAG chunking.
- Track record of troubleshooting live, high-traffic systems during critical windows.
