Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the Agent Builder Experience for users of all technical levels.
- Contribute to architecture, design decisions, and product quality strategy.
- Engage with customers and the GTM team to address complex problems.
- Mentor junior engineers to raise the bar for engineering excellence.
- Take end-to-end ownership of core products using various technologies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience with a focus on frontend and UX.
- Strong coding skills and a passion for software engineering.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and take high ownership.
- Customer-focused mindset with a desire to empower users.
- Experience in mentoring and supporting less experienced team members.
