Base Salary
$121k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative security solutions for cloud platform components and services.
- Deliver high-quality code and end-to-end security implementations focused on scalability, availability, reliability, and performance.
- Support the full product life cycle from ideation through implementation and operation.
- Work with Product Management, Architecture, DevOps, and InfoSec stakeholders to address software development life-cycle needs.
- Build consensus around engineering decisions and provide hands-on technical contributions.
- Solve complex security problems across the platform and products.
Requirements
- 8 years of relevant software engineering and design experience with a BS degree, or 5 years of relevant experience with an MS degree.
- Programming experience with Python or Go to develop new product ideas and evolve existing systems.
- Familiarity with security concepts including Zero Trust and secure or confidential computing.
- Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and TLS/SSL.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code technologies such as Terraform and Salt.
- Experience with software and hardware vulnerability management and tools such as Tenable, Vulcan Cyber, Trivy, and SonarQube.
- Knowledge of compliance regimes including PCI, ISO, SOC2, and FedRamp.
