Responsibilities
- Lead new feature development.
- Write, test, refactor, and incrementally improve software.
- Collaborate with teammates through teaching and learning.
- Help shape the company, culture, and product.
Requirements
- Senior software engineering experience with a pragmatic approach to development.
- Enjoyment of writing full-stack software.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including C#, C, C++, TypeScript, and Java.
- Experience practicing XP or interest in practicing XP.
- Ability and interest in collaborating with an experienced engineering team.
