Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide influencing and advisory support.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Develop solutions to problems affecting multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve software capabilities and performance.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated software products.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in IBM Sterling Commerce.
- Proficiency in IBM Sterling Commerce.
- Strong expertise designing and implementing custom software solutions in complex system environments.
- Experience with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and integrated software delivery.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
