Responsibilities
- Build agent planning, execution, and self-healing capabilities for integration data flows.
- Develop and maintain connectors, transformation tools, execution runtime, web application, SDK, and MCP server.
- Own high-impact engineering problems from design through production delivery.
- Design and operate reliable systems handling enterprise financial and operational data.
- Participate in customer conversations related to engineering work and use feedback to guide implementation.
- Establish engineering patterns and quality standards for a growing team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience building and operating production software.
- Strong TypeScript skills and demonstrated experience building end-to-end applications.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or C.
- Experience designing critical infrastructure with attention to reliability and scalability.
- Experience integrating ERP, CRM, or data warehouse platforms; data migration, ETL, or data pipeline experience is preferred.
- Direct experience with customers on technical implementations or support.
- Substantive contributions to open source projects.
- Hands-on product engineering experience in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment.
- Distributed systems or AI agent experience is useful.
- Strong technical depth demonstrated through education, professional experience, competitive programming, or shipped projects.
Benefits
- Base salary of €90,000 to €150,000 annually.
- On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, five days per week.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Munich if needed.
