Base Salary
$144k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead software development teams delivering payment solutions.
- Plan and execute process and technology improvement projects.
- Develop software platform services using software languages, deployment systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Assess and validate systems for security, compliance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Build and improve developer tools and engineering practices in collaboration with internal teams.
- Provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
- At least 2 years of experience with software development, system design, software design patterns, algorithms, and driving technical designs toward measurable goals.
- At least 1 year of experience with feature design and development, backend systems, testing and debugging, and reliable scalable backend services on a public cloud platform.
- At least 1 year of experience providing technical leadership across the software development lifecycle.
- At least 1 year of experience writing secure, stable, testable, and maintainable code.
- At least 1 year of experience with C#, data structures and algorithms, Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Lambda, Maven, MySQL, object-oriented design and programming, Python, ReactJS, REST, service-oriented architecture, Spring, SNS, SQS, and TypeScript.
