Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for automation opportunities.
- Design and implement low-code/no-code automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Develop, test, and deploy workflows integrating with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Forms.
- Build robust automation frameworks including error handling and logging mechanisms.
- Provide effort estimations, technical design documents, and solution architecture.
- Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for seamless implementation.
- Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with Power Platform advancements and automation best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Strong experience in process automation and workflow orchestration within Microsoft 365.
- Expertise in integrating SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Forms.
- Good understanding of the automation lifecycle including requirement gathering and solution design.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with business stakeholders.
- Experience in automation optimization and performance tuning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
