Responsibilities
- Implement UX designs using a React/Redux framework.
- Develop a scalable, highly available application platform on modern PaaS platforms like GCP.
- Participate in requirements analysis and grooming.
- Leverage PaaS components for scalability, reliability, and operability.
- Document and communicate architecture and implementation solutions.
- Take ownership of code in production, including on-call and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in React/Redux.
- Highly skilled in JavaScript and Java.
- Experience with PaaS hosted relational and no-SQL databases.
- Experience in operational code ownership.
- Familiarity with modern UI design patterns.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- AI skills in speech recognition and natural language processing are a plus.
- Experience in contact center software is a plus.
