Base Salary
$177k - $365k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy and architecture for conversion data privacy.
- Design and evolve core privacy infrastructure for sensitive data.
- Own de-identification pipelines for ads reporting end-to-end.
- Build and improve privacy frameworks and tooling for safe data usage.
- Drive operational excellence and compliance through defined SLAs and monitoring.
- Partner cross-functionally to align on technical designs and policy changes.
- Mentor engineers and establish best practices for privacy-sensitive systems.
Requirements
- BS+ in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in building data pipelines using Java/Scala/Kotlin or Python.
- Experience designing secure, reliable systems and APIs.
- Meaningful experience in privacy-preserving data systems or large-scale analytics.
- Proven ability to drive cross-team technical initiatives.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a mentoring background.
