Responsibilities
- Develop and extend Avaloq Wealth Management application features using PL/SQL and Avaloq Script.
- Parametrize functionalities and customize the Avaloq Banking System.
- Analyze customer requirements and design and implement new functionality with business analysts and architects.
- Maintain existing Avaloq functionality and support the development center in Manila with existing tests.
- Develop automated tests and customer reports.
- Update technical documentation with business analysts and technical writers.
- Provide technical support for customer projects involving new Avaloq Banking Suite implementations and upgrades.
Requirements
- Experience in Avaloq software development and product implementation.
- Extensive experience with PL/SQL programming and knowledge of Oracle and relational database systems.
- Knowledge of Oracle functions, procedures, packages, collections, and other database objects.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Crystal Report, Actuate, or Quadient is advantageous.
- Previous front-end development experience with .NET, Java, or web programming is advantageous.
- Experience developing banking applications such as Finacle, Flexcube, TCS Bancs, or Temenos is advantageous.
- Experience with complex applications and banking domains such as Tax, Legal Reporting, CRM, Payment, Security, client reporting and output management, Identity Access Management, or Cost and Fee is advantageous.
- University degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English; other European languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an open-minded approach, and a squad-oriented working style.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and ACCP certification are advantageous.
