Responsibilities
- Understand and document client problems and requirements to provide managed service solutions.
- Drive the proposal development process from strategy discussions to pitching to clients.
- Lead efforts to identify potential managed services offerings with clients and account teams.
- Leverage AI and machine learning technologies to enhance IT operations solutions.
- Manage the contract preparation process, including negotiations.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities and create reusable value propositions.
- Articulate service line differentiators and value to client stakeholders.
- Deliver competitive commercial models.
- Build reusable assets like proposal templates and assessment frameworks.
- Mentor team members and contribute to community initiatives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in tech solutions and proposal creation.
- Strong experience in managed services with hands-on exposure to AI technologies.
- Experience in legacy modernization, data ops, customer experience, or AI.
- Proven ability to create winning proposals that meet customer requirements.
- Solid experience in defining operating models for support coverage.
- Experience in proposing contract terms and conditions.
- Collaborated with various internal teams including business development and delivery.
