Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare technical design specifications for product and architectural initiatives.
- Drive architectural governance and platform convergence across engineering initiatives.
- Plan feature delivery while balancing customer needs and organizational health.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist, mentor, and provide technical direction to development staff.
- Lead design sessions, technical conversations, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Build relationships with engineering teams, stakeholders, customers, and executive leadership.
- Promote learning, communication, continuous improvement, and successful team outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of .NET full-stack development experience is required.
- At least 5 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Significant experience designing, implementing, enhancing, scaling, and improving software systems.
- Significant system engineering experience involving analytical systems design and implementation.
- Fluency and specialization in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architecture and extensible REST APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Ability to translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education required.
- Preferred experience with application monitoring, performance assessments, security architecture, Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, OAuth, AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments.
