Base Salary

$170k - $235k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, ticket response, and onboarding for development teams using managed DevSecOps tools across multiple classification environments.
  • Operate and support GitLab CI and Jenkins pipelines while ensuring automated security scanning and STIG compliance validation.
  • Maintain CloudFormation infrastructure for DevSecOps tools across AWS, including patching, backup and recovery, and hardening.
  • Analyze Linux and AWS logs and troubleshoot EC2, RDS, Security Groups, and other infrastructure issues.
  • Support Keycloak identity and access management, including user onboarding, authentication troubleshooting, and user and group access maintenance.
  • Maintain technical documentation, GitLab wikis, and GitLab Pages for internal teams and customers.
  • Support containerized deployments in OpenShift, troubleshoot containers, monitor Prisma security scans, and maintain Docker image builds and OpenShift configurations.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Poly is required.
  • An IAT Level 2 certification such as Security+, GSEC, SSCP, or similar is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer or in a similar role, including infrastructure automation, scalability, reliability, and DevSecOps delivery across classified domains such as IL5 and IL6+.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Artifactory, SonarQube, and/or Prisma Cloud.
  • Experience with Python or Bash scripting in Linux environments such as RHEL or Oracle Linux.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools including Terraform, CloudFormation, and/or Ansible.
  • Experience with Tier 1–3 customer support and ticketing systems such as GitLab Service Desk or ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of AWS capabilities including EC2, S3, IAM, and RDS, with experience architecting secure cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Hands-on experience configuring systems to comply with STIG and SRG requirements.
  • Knowledge of security best practices, common vulnerabilities, and frameworks including OWASP, NIST, and OpenSCAP.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate with global enterprise stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
