Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications, tools, and business functions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into application designs and technical specifications.
- Document code changes, application functions, workflows, definitions, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Maintain code repository logging and updates.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance, resolve bugs, and maintain consistent, optimized code.
- Review application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with business teams, product managers, architects, database administrators, cybersecurity teams, designers, front-end engineers, and other technology teams.
- Coordinate application integration with the broader company software ecosystem and participate in development meetings.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with programming languages and protocols used for application development and maintenance.
- Understanding of application development planning, change management, and testing procedures.
- Knowledge of business use cases and comparable market solutions for assigned applications.
- Understanding of technical, infrastructure, data, and security requirements and the ability to translate them into technical specifications and guidelines.
- Seven years of recommended experience.
