Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced search, ranking, and recommendation systems.
- Develop high-precision NLP and document extraction pipelines.
- Research and implement novel deep learning architectures.
- Develop, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models.
- Architect autonomous agents for multi-step discovery tasks.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers for AI integration.
- Participate in the complete product lifecycle from design to deployment.
- Build products that efficiently handle large data volumes.
- Design end-to-end data and ML pipelines.
- Work on R&D initiatives exploring cutting-edge technologies.
- Maintain high standards in code quality and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering; PhD preferred.
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles, especially in NLP, Search, or Ranking.
- Hands-on experience with ML projects in Python using libraries like NumPy and scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in training deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives from concept to operation.
