Responsibilities
- Design and develop web-based solutions for trading operations.
- Define engineering tasks and deliverables amidst ambiguous requirements.
- Create frameworks and tools to support other engineering teams.

- Mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills.
- Facilitate organization-wide collaboration for the team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- 6+ years of experience as a Staff level developer with modern web technologies.
- Proficient in JavaScript for both Node and browser environments.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects.
- High standards for code quality and best practices in testing.
- Strong understanding of engineering and product disciplines.
- Experience with Typescript, React, Next.js, and NodeJS.
