Base Salary
$236k - $339k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-first platforms and tools to enhance developer experience.
- Drive strategy to improve development workflows and productivity.
- Invest in observability, alerting, SLOs, and automated remediation for platform reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams for end-to-end solutions.
- Contribute to improving engineering processes, tooling, and standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience developing tools for large codebases.
- Strong passion for enhancing developer productivity.
- Experience or strong interest in AI or LLM-based applications.
- Experience with enterprise-grade build systems.
- Fluency in Go, Java, or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong CS fundamentals.
- Ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior engineers.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and fluency in English.
