Base Salary
$230k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and build new AI-powered product capabilities from concept to customer.
- Design and ship agentic workflows using LLMs, APIs, and automation.
- Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to validate solutions.
- Rapidly prototype, iterate, and drive adoption of new features.
- Collaborate across Product, Design, GTM, and Engineering to shape product direction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building products from 0 to 1, preferably in a startup or internal incubation setting.
- Strong product instincts with the ability to define what to build.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration cycles.
- Hands-on engineering experience, either as an individual contributor or engineering manager.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, or agentic systems.
- Full-stack or backend-leaning expertise, with frontend skills as a plus.
- Track record of working with customers and driving product adoption.
