Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build backend systems for Observe's AI product layer.
- Own services end-to-end, ensuring design, implementation, and production reliability.
- Apply strong product intuition to technical decisions and user outcomes.
- Collaborate with product managers and AI/ML engineers to deliver high-quality systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of backend engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production systems at scale.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and expertise in APIs, data infrastructure, and distributed systems.
- Fluency in Go, with the ability to work in TypeScript and Python.
- Familiarity with evals or LLM quality measurement in engineering workflows.
- Strong product sense and ability to engage on product direction.
