Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-first platforms and tools to enhance developer experience.
- Drive strategy to improve development workflows and increase productivity.
- Invest in observability and automated remediation to improve platform reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams for end-to-end solutions.
- Contribute to improving engineering processes, tooling, and standards.
Requirements
- Strong passion for enhancing developer productivity.
- Interest in AI-first processes and building maintainable platforms.
- Experience with AI or LLM-based applications.
- Experience with enterprise-grade build systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Fluency in Go, Java, or Python.
- Ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior engineers.
- Strategic mindset with strong prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Bellevue, WA or Menlo Park, CA.
