Base Salary
$270k - $318k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term technical vision for the creative platform.
- Own the architecture of the full creative lifecycle from ingestion to delivery.
- Lead the design and launch of new ad formats, coordinating across teams.
- Act as the technical authority connecting creative systems with auction dynamics.
- Provide cross-organizational technical leadership and mentor senior engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience at Staff or Principal level.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience building and scaling display, video, or interactive ad systems.
- Hands-on experience designing creative processing systems.
- Deep understanding of digital ad creative delivery challenges.
- Experience launching new ad formats end-to-end.
- Strong experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-team technical initiatives.
- Strong system design skills from requirements gathering to production.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
